Karen Tan I recently switch my auto, home and umbrella insurance to Jeff Wong insurance agency. My car insurance premium went up double at renewal time this year because I add a young adult to the policy, plus I had involved in an at fault collision last year. Jeff is recommended from a friend of mine. Wow, he’s truly amazing! He goes the extra mile to find the best policy and best rate for us. I am very impressed when he told me he found a very good rate with another carrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the rate quoted from Jeff so I don’t need to shop around anymore. I personally believe I am getting the appropriate coverage for the lowest possible rate. Indeed, my experience with Jeff was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable and helpful in anyway needed. He is friendly and always get back to me promptly. I highly recommend Jeff to my friends and family of his excellent, professional service. Robert takes time to not only ensure his clients are aware of their policies and any potential changes, but also takes extra time to connect personally and ask how we are doing in a sincere manner that shows he values his clients. Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Kyle Walter Farmers Insurance was so patient and helpful with me. They made sure I had exactly what I needed. It was a very “easy” experience. I will recommend them to my colleagues.
