1 /5 Chavonne Holland: Absolute rude Witch! I referred a disabled friend to this State Farm office because he was new to the area and he had used State Farm in the past. Upon arrival he pulled up to the door and turned on his hazard lights so that he would not be forced to walk any distance and asked me to park the car. She was scowling and judging us for that from the get go. She proceeded to make me give her my drivers license and personal info because I moved his car into a parking place. If I didnt she said she would not help him with his insurance needs. Never again! I will be referring him to a much better place that will actually save him money going forward.

She and her team have been responded in a timely (actually they are prompt in getting back to me) manner. Michelle always answers the question that I didnt even know I needed to ask. She knows her stuff and makes sure you know everything you need to know about the CA insurance requirements. If you are looking for an agent who has your back, look no further!

I was able to come to her conveniently located office in Oceanside and was impressed by how Michelle was able to help my mother-in-law relax and be comfortable during what can be a stressful event. Michelle’s pleasant and welcoming demeanor helped my mother-in-law feel at ease as Michelle provided several distinct options for her. Additionally, while Michelle allowed her to choose between the various options, she was also encouraging to my mother-in-law by reassuring her that she was making wise choices. In cases where a third party is involved (like a bank or another vendor), Michelle and her team go the extra mile and make contact directly to ensure things are handled efficiently so you dont get stuck in a game to telephone.
