I was faced with a challenge, being dropped by my current homeowners insurance policy due to previous claims. My house is located in the Hollywood Hills which many insurance companies refuse to cover. Fortunately, a friend of mine in the area referred me to Anthony who was very thorough, responsive, and friendly making my transition easy. I would highly recommend Anthony and his team!

5 /5 Daniel Preece: We used Cappuccino Insurance to get our homeowners and flood insurance when we purchased our home in 2022. Things went crazy in California with insurance and Cappuccino employees worked hard to find us competitive rates on home and flood. I had a small issue with canceling a policy (which was not Cappucino’s fault) and Caitlyn Merola handled it quickly and stayed more on top of it than I did! Thanks again Caitlyn for all the help! 10/10 would recommend them, and Caitlyn for your insurance needs in the Simi/T.O./Westlake area!

1 /5 Arielle Cratsenberg: This company got a me a policy which was great. Super quick and relatively easy. Then the insurance company requested additional info for verification. I submitted my stuff to Kathy with this company by the day it was due. I called and emailed Kathy multiple times to insured this info would be sent over by the due date so my policy would not be cancelled. (This policy was required by my work, which she also knew). I found out from the insurance company that she did NOT submit the required documentation which resulted in policy cancellation. Kathy was not the person who notified my about the cancellation, the insurance company was. I found out from Kathy 5 days later and multiple phone calls. Kathy then responded via EMAIL, couldn’t even call, to let me know that we could get another quote. I then called my original company Mylar and save 400$ for the same quote I was previously getting. Kathy is unresponsive, with no sense of urgency and doesn’t not appear to be able to prioritize important situations. I would absolutely not recommend.
