Daniela Avila I like Farmers insurance but I LOVE the customer service at this Farmers Insurance location. My representative Ana is dedicated, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made sure I found a plan that worked best for me and covered everything that I needed. I hope that she is recognized for her amazing work! It is hard to find this type of customer service and hers is something that I’ve always appreciated! I would also like to add that Julia was very kind, understanding and sweet. While Ana was out of office, Julia stepped in to assist me and answer some of my questions with ease and certainty. Ana and Julia, thank you ever so much for making what felt like a stressful process, such an easy one!! You guys are such a dream team!!

LC Sanderson Julian helped me with my new auto policy in less than 15 minutes! He was concerned about my coverage choices and was able to help me understand it all. Julian also took the time to explain the whole Underwriting wait period. Which is something new.. Very good at his job..I am very pleased.

Hitcher 1969 Cant begin to say enough good things about Craig and his team! They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently Ive needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage. Very professional, very compassionate and a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Craig and Team!!!
