5 /5 Mo OConnell: We had a 43" diameter 75 tall tree fall across our yard, a road easement and our fence across the road. We were in Europe! It is a rental! Our tenants were safe but had no water, a downed fence, a massive tree across the yard and a gaping hole where the root once was! Oh no! Lloyd stepped up, found us an emergency construction firm experienced in insurance claim work - Haldeman Construction in Auburn (awesome, highly recommend). The water service was reconnected, and the massive tree removed professionally and promptly. Next, Lloyd made sure we got a proper repair budget from Farmers. He kept in touch, helped us get checks to/from all parties and really just did what was necessary. Handling this for us so graciously and professionally gave us a great peace of mind that all the repairs would get done in a reasonable period of time. We are very grateful, indeed! The broker really earns their pay in times like these. Choose wisely. We did!

2 /5 wilson bill: Ok service when you can get a hold of them. However, nobody seems to answer the phone and they dont seem to hold ANY office hours on Friday. You might as well deal with a non-local agent, IMHO.
