Greg Brockbank I know nothing negative about Lisa, and she has in fact been very nice and helpful since I started with their office a couple years ago for a car and home insurance. It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.

Insurance Company of The West - San Diego

Niel Wiencek A Claims adjuster tells the HR person in an email they forgot I was CCd into that I am not Insured by ICW because the company I work for is a different brand & insured by a different agent. Technically this is Defamation and Slander, because the agent is now 3rd party and not affiliated to me anymore according to ICWs words. They used this loophole to avoid having to treat my Concussion & Cervical Damage. As well denied the treatment needed, yet authorized unnecessary treatment. No measurements or concerns for the wellness of the injured worker, but have the WC Doctor sign me out because I didnt want an epidermal. No epidermal no alternative choices, no options. Little Providence of Mary Doctors said I need a neurologist to identify and treat the area correctly. ICW immediately denied this. Three MRIs for them to deduce I dont have Cervical Damage or Head Injury. They treated my injuries as if I had a sprained ankle. I would get wicked headaches driving the few miles to the doctor. I asked for rides to and from and they refused. Thier WC Doctor didnt evaluate me, instead got mad I didnt agree the election was stolen and became more irate I didnt agree to any ideology of the 45th president (who failed to do the job) would fall in line here. Trump didnt stay president so the WC Doctor took his anger out on patients. Because no one believes the patient over the Doctors words, Hello? If you find yourself injured and insured by this company get an established lawyer who wont be swayed to settle. Big companies and these insurance companies who do not take care of its customers & citizens of the United States of America leave them behind to struggle, & eventually causing homelessness. Later these two faced companies will show they give, while creating in a different area the homelessness they claim to be helping. Like religious establishments who specifically trail along homeless people to say they share, never letting them get ahead, but always there for them to say they give. No separation of church & state. If an employee doesnt have the same morals as these religious people in the workplace is against the law. Once again Big Money and the Insurance company would rather shut out the injured than to help them. Its a year later & I continue to have Cervical & Head pain. Hard to sleep, hard to function properly. Neck locks up and having visual issues. These folks should be held accountable for theyre failure to help those who are injured to return to the workforce. Its difficult to keep a job full-time because of my ongoing untreated injuries. My injuries were sustained during the Election & Covid outbreaks. 6 sessions & 2 MRI2 made them determine I was healed enough. Not to work around the two global issues, but to use them as a way to get out of helping a Voting Taxpaying Citizens who were earning a living working towards retirement. I will be 60 and homeless. So, theres also senior abuse of the future which will become transparent as does any business who causes undue hardship for Selfish Reasons.

Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.
