5 /5 Donna Andrade: I would like to thank Kim personally for all her help and hard work and efforts to get our problem handled . Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. On a side note I would like to thank the CLAIMS department of AAA , don’t know which lady pulled it off , she FOUND our personalized license plates and made the tow yard and company return them to AAA and then back home to where they were supposed to go!!!! If more companies had this kind of hard working individuals they would be very fortunate. THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!

1 /5 Robin Napier: We experienced horrible customer service and a disappointing lack of integrity with AAA. Our daughter lives out of state so we requested to remove her from our insurance. My husband made sure to confirm she would be covered while driving our cars during visits home and they assured us she would. Unfortunately she had an accident while here and after numerous call attempts to AAA with no answer, then dropped calls without calling back, we finally spoke with someone who told us our daughter actually had NO coverage because she was not removed but EXCLUDED from our policy. Luckily for AAA the initial conversation to remove her was not recorded so it’s their word against ours.The car was totaled and they refused to even pay for towing! They denied the entire claim. Their incompetence saved them money but at what ultimate cost? We are definitely switching and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! We found even better coverage elsewhere for $3000 less per year. Sadly, AAA is NOT what they claim to be.

1 /5 mt m: AAA made a mistake regarding my policy 10 months ago. Two weeks ago I spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to correct AAAs mistake and it is still not corrected. Now I am shopping for new insurance. AAA is impossible to deal with.
