5 /5 Tyler Dillon: Transferred my out of state registration here. Staff was knowledgeable and made the process easy. This was my first time using AAA for DMV services and will definitely be using them again. If youre able I recommend making an appointment but walk-ins are accepted.

5 /5 Mark Barajas: I want to give a huge thank you to Ginger for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and not just as a customer, but like a family member. Her attitude was incredibly warm, professional, and exceeded all my expectations. She was so sweet and genuinely kind, and she handled all of my documents efficiently while keeping a smile on my face the whole time. At the end of our visit, we even shared a hug. Also, a shout out to the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly and welcoming. This kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Ginger truly deserves a bonus for the way she treats people. Thank you again to Ginger and the team at AAA.

1 /5 Angel Cabayacruz: Very poor service, I call for assistance just to jump start my car and almost an hour waiting but no assistance came. I just have to cancel and I have to call my brother to have it jumpstart. I have been paying for the the road assistance and have not avail of the service only now that I need it but it fail to serve, I am very much disappointed for this AAA insurance.

1 /5 Erick Sioson: Horrible service. Ive been a member since 2020. My experience with renewing my registration. Was horrible this time around. 2 people checked in after me when I entered to check in. I can hear that it was to renew their registration. They came in to the waiting and sat down right after. However, even though I checked in before them I was passed over twice and waited a lot longer than it should have been. The front desk person was not friendly at all and when I confronted her about the situation she gave me an excuse that didnt make no sense at all, and turned around and walked away. I have no idea why its like this now. They didn’t even seem like they wanted to help. It wasn’t even busy. Is there like a benefit for having a better membership? Very unfortunate. I hope its not like this moving forward or I will just take my business elsewhere.
