She was “Johnny on the Spot” told her my home owners insurance shot through the roof, and she immediately started to review options. After saving me over half the renewal I asked her about auto and she was also able to better my policy there. I greatly appreciate her work and deductions to customer service. Didn’t think I would find another company that would not only be competitive, offering a lower rate, but also offer enhanced coverage. Number 1 insurance did just that. Exceptional customer service. Clearly explained the policy benefits and they offer a number of different ways to pay. Great choice and highly recommend you give them a call for a quote.

5 /5 Elizabeth Pacelli: When walking into Number 1 Insurance I was greeted by an amazing very friendly girl named Jennifer, she was very professional and helped my friend out immediately and then I was there and just wanted to see if they could help me with a better quote than what I had with this other company that canceled my policy with no reasons given and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to reinstate. Jennifer listened to me and said yes we can help you and we would never just cancel you and we are here to walk in with customer service to help with all questions. Jennifer said I will have an agent be right with you, Less then 5 minutes later I was introduced to Mary. Mary was so polite and very sweet in going over all details in what was looking for and also what I was already quoted. She found a few policys that were a little bit higher and then she dug deeper and found a policy that was higher coverage and almost 56.00 dollars cheaper and 280.00 cheaper to start a new policy. She was very thorough in going over all documents and what my payment plan would be. Mary helped me not only save monthly but saved me almost 300.00 in a start up payment to reinstate my policy with this other company I had and it was their error for not taking an auto payment and tried to get me to pay this fee or no policy. Im so very happy to Mary for helping me complete a new policy today and walk out a very happy customer. Thank you Mary for being understanding, patient and putting my needs first. I was in and out in less than an hour and will be returning to add my renters insurance as well. Thank you all again for your great customer service and being so kind and one of the quickest and easy experiences I have had yet with any Insurance company out there. I’ve tried calling other insurance companies and brokers, but all quotes were unaffordable to me as I’m still a student (quotes were like 300+). Mary took her time with the process, ensuring that I could get all the possible discounts with a cheaper monthly rate and the best coverage. She answered all my questions with care and I haven’t received this amount of patience and coordination with other places. Overall great experience and I’m happy with the coverage and cost!
