1 /5 Alexis Andalon: Worst insurance place to go. For starters the guy, who supposudly has 30 years of expirienced, doesnt have the first clue of what I was asking. He is not specific in his questions but expects me to be specific in my answers. He practically needed me to draw pictures for him to understand my situation. In addition, he has a terrible attitude and tries to treat his customers like they are incompetent. I would recommend going elsewhere for any type of insurance. (This was only for a quote, I can only image if I had to use the insurance). I was warned that this company had horrible customer service, however I did not expect it to be this bad. There are several other insurance companies that would be glad to have you business and provide you with great customer service. Thankfully I did not end up with this insurance company and I was able to get insured through another company.

5 /5 Karen Calcagno: Chris at Hansen Insurance in Watsonville, CA went the long mile to help me correct big a National Flood Insurance error in billing. This was not an easy process. As you can imagine, there were many departments to connect with to try to unravel where the error was made and to get the substantial refund the Flood Insurance folks owed me. Thank you, Chris!! 1 /5 Renzo Betancourt: Worst customer service I have ever experienced with an insurance company. They give you the run around and have a horribly long process to get your vehicle repaired. Tina Tital did not make the process any easier, but looks like she is trying to scam clients by prolonging the repairs. I guess that is how they keep there pricing low if indeed it really is low. Just hope you don’t have to deal with this insurance as a whole!
