Murray Webster Melanie Villeneuve and her team are the best State Farm agents I have dealt with in over 50 years with the company. Melanie helped me with an auto claim last year, and this year they spent a couple of hours eith me reviewing all my policies. I have always found them available, helpful, and professional. It is a pleasure calling or seeing them, which I doubt most people can say about an insurance agency.

Guillermo Pacheco I was helped out by Jennifer, she was great and very patient. I was at the DMV and urgently wanted to get my insurance approved so I can get it over with and renew my registration and Jennifer got it done in only a matter of mins AND she was able to send me my proof of insurance so I can turn it in! At first I was nervous because dealing with insurance and asking about quotes etc. can be a nightmare but anytime I call, Alejandra is always willing to help me with any questions I have.
