He provided me exactly what I needed and also gave me very specific tips/things to be aware of to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. Home insurance - I needed home insurance for a new build construction. He worked diligently with me and my lenders to make sure I had the right policy. He also helped me avoid duplicating payment on my policy by having it correctly configured in alignment with my mortgage terms. Auto insurance - He had me ready to go in about a day! He provided great advice on what coverage I should consider given my financial/home situation. Overall, he has a great positive attitude and is very transparent/straight forward/honest -- I am very satisfied and happy Ray is my agent and highly recommend you/everyone to work with him on your home & auto insurance plans.

Serenity Vann This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.
