1 /5 Serenity Vann: This insurance company must be a scam. I was hit in a car accident by someone who had this insurance. My insurance dubbed it not my fault therefore it was American national’s responsibility to cover the costs. They gave me a case worker, Charity, who never answered a single call. I left at least 6 voicemails and was never reached out to and eventually they stopped answering my calls all together. I never got any insurance pay out because this company refuses to work at all. Do not pay these idiots anything.

1 /5 Alexsis Berton: To create this review, I must leave at least one star. The service provided by this insurance company is awful. I filed a claim, and it took a week for someone to reach out to me from the claims department only after having my father escort me to the physical address of the insurance company and talk to them face to face since everyone was ignoring me after I filed the claim. After I received such terrible service, I called my agent Alan Gaw for help on another issue, and he was extremely rude to me brining up how frequently I had been calling him. I would not be calling so much if the company would manage my claim correctly. I felt very violated by this company. I never experienced anything like this before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE. I will be reaching out to my life insurance agent to cancel the life insurance policy I have with them as well. I never want to be a customer for American National.
