1 /5 Duran Joseph (JD - technoman): EXTREMELY OVER PRICED INSURANCE! I finally went to a competitor insurance company and discovered I could get exact same coverage for 1/2 the cost on both homeowners and car insurance i.e. matched policy declaration pages between the two companies. I should have checked this out yrs ago. Shame on me ! Farmers is the most expensive insurance around; yet when one turns in a claim, Farmers starts crawling under rocks, fabricating all kinds of hoops for ya to jump through such that its impossible to prove ones lost of property in a burglary, police report makes little difference. All Farmers is interested in is devising ways to get out paying off on claims. I know Ive been through it !
I want to be clear, I think Rich and Marsha are both fine and decent people; its Farmers thats a piece of garbage fabricating /finding every way imaginable to not pay out on valid claims.
