In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, Ill get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!

Jason Faulk I pay for toe service. I called him my vehicle towed. It’s been two Hours and my tow truck driver still has not arrived. I keep getting things for updates that my driver has been delayed. And it’s because they’re giving priority to other people over me even though I have a newborn in my car right now. GEICO contract with horrible tow companies in Bakersfield, California. They do not care about you. They’ll take a job even though they know They can’t get to it for many hours. With no concern of the public they’re supposed to be helping.

Greg Graham Had insurance (Travelers) through the Ted Hamm agency for about 4 years. Never filed any claims, but thought they were helpful, and got us the best quote in this difficult insurance environment. Last month, got a rock into our windshield which cracked it (Audi with heads-up display, so not cheap) on a long drive home from Vegas. While on the drive we called the agency and actually got the owner (Chris). He got us going on the claim, followed up with Travelers, followed up with us again later and before we even reached home we had an appointment to replace the glass the next week. All went smooth, and the easiest claim I’ve ever had or could imagine. Then Dawn from the agency called to make sure it got all taken care of correctly. Amazing service. Recommend them very highly!
