Nancy Eichhorn I was searching for auto insurance quotes because my current company sent a renewal notice with a sky-high fee. I called Ken Schuurmans office and talked at length with "Tabatha". She was articulate, detailed, informative, and supportive. She wasnt trying to "sell" a product. She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product. I was grateful for her time, consideration, and willingness to be supportive, regardless of the outcome. Many thanks!

B Moran I worked with John Peakes Insurance Agency when I moved back to CA in 2011. For reasons of convenience and "life" I changed to another agency at one point. No issues, just circumstances. I just reached back out to my "old agent" who is now a manager and greeted me as if she had spoken with me last week. We picked up where we left off years ago. The overall customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, follow up and commitment was fabulous! Thank you Talia for being wonderful "back then" and just as wonderful today!

Donna Fries I am so impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of this agency. My husband and I have had policies with them for 31 years. Lupe Ortiz has been especially helpful with my questions and concerns. What she couldnt answer, she made sure Mr. Perez had our information and contacted us promptly. We were so impressed with Lupes follow thru that I sent her a thank you by text. Even though we live 3000 miles away, we still get "neighborhood" service. How awesome is that!!! davi droadshield I used to think all insurance places were cold and confusing. Allameda SR22 Insurance flipped that for me. I’m a delivery driver, and after getting too many tickets, my license got suspended. DMV said I needed something called SR22 insurance to get reinstated. I had no clue what that even meant. I wandered into their office off The Alameda after grabbing coffee nearby. Didn’t expect much, but they explained everything clearly, without judgment. They filed the SR22 form right then and sent proof to the DMV before I left. What shocked me was the cost — the SR22 policy they gave me had a monthly premium I could actually afford, and they showed me how to adjust it later if needed. They made something that felt scary into something simple. They treated me like a person, not a mistake. Not gonna lie, I got emotional after. If you’re stressed about court stuff or DMV pressure, go here. I saved their number in my phone and already told two friends.
