5 /5 Sergio Machado: Not too busy on a Tue afternoon. I was in line and Rahael was asking for on time registrations only, but decided to help me with my non op. Ive made changes to my address (etc) and she never lost her patience with me. Even her team helped out and they all made sure to have me fill out proper forms so that everything was in order. This is my first time in this office and Im impressed with their service. Thank you for caring, Rahael. Youre appreciated.

1 /5 Kahleah Arroyo: Called about wanting to see how much a full coverage policy would be through them, after a few minutes of talking with agent that was helping me I asked if i could just discuss with my significant other since I’ve never done anything like this before. The agent said sure and I had placed him on mute for maybe 30-45 seconds the moment I unmuted the call, I said hello sir? The agent hung up on me. Really disappointed with how AAA handled the call and wasn’t willing to give me a few moments to talk with my significant other.

5 /5 Tim N: I have been in this location a number of times for different reasons. They handle applications for handicap parking placards. This time, it was for handling a title transfer. Livett was really nice and helpful. Got me set up with the right forms. Only waited a couple of minutes to see her. The lady who checked me in was also nice. Check out their cruise deals with Princess. Love Princess. Their Medallion they use for checking you in and off the ship and finding your friends, and everything is the best thing ever. They have lots of great maps for wherever you need.

5 /5 Jeff Dietrich: I received great service from Billy in the DMV department. Seems the California DMV sent my new handicap placard to the street address instead of my PO Box, even though they asked me for my mailing address, which is my PO Box. Anyway, Billy quickly solved the issue. This location has been very busy since the Victorville AAA office has been closed for renovations. Still, I had no wait at all. I got right in and right out. They have restrooms inside too, which is nice.

1 /5 Jared Scott: Went there to get full coverage on my Yukon the qoueted me around 1200 hole year couple of days later lady who gave me insurance calls me at 730 pm saying lies about bad driving and bill would now be over 2400 for the year stayed with them then the send me a letter from the president of AAA asking why Im not getting any discounts next I get another letter were there talking about recording me and my workers comp case they were trying to help me get my benefits SMH they must had stoled.my benefits they didnt even.cover my car watch out for.this office
