Alan Miranda Julie is a good agent just as I am a good customer she never hears from I pay my premium on time and never file a claim but then the problem begins when I need something I emailed Julie back towards the end of last year to ask a question never heard back then early January I sent her an email because I had an issue I needed to discuss with her never received a response is Julie still my agent? I use to receive a birthday card and Christmas card nothing anymore, I am billed every six months for my Renters Insurance when I received my bill the statement that I could pay three months so I did OMG I received a phone call from Julie’s office along with an email stating I was late how could I be late if I was offered to pay my bill that way and I was still within my six months of renewal but my lesson I learned is that if I want to hear from my agent just don’t pay my bill. I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was sixteen years old and I am sixty six years old now I think I have had one accident claim and one jewelry claim I deserve better treatment I will be leaving to another agent.
