Lupe Ortiz has been especially helpful with my questions and concerns. What she couldnt answer, she made sure Mr. Perez had our information and contacted us promptly. We were so impressed with Lupes follow thru that I sent her a thank you by text. Even though we live 3000 miles away, we still get "neighborhood" service. How awesome is that!!! Luckily I spoke with Willy Mendoza, who walked me through the process. He was able to offer me a farmers home insurance policy with California fair plan.. This gentleman is an asset to Farmers as he went out of his way to be honest with me in researching all avenues of where I should be policy wise. I couldnt of been more satisfied with his knowledge of insurance rates and information. He assured me that I was in the right space with the insurance company that I presently have because Farmers would be much more than what I could afford living on a limited fixed income. And I appreciated him a lot more. There are no words for me to say for the service he provided when we spoke on the telephone. He spent well over 45 minutes and was very thorough. Farmers Insurance is lucky to have such a knowledgeable person in this field like Mr. Carlos Perez.
