Anthony Tansimore I just love Ninna and her team. Ive been with them for more than 15 years and Ive always had excellent and responsive service. When Im lucky enough to get Ninna she always asks how Im doing and it feels reassuring that she takes to time to ask after her clients. I receive regular updates from the office and Ninna and her team check in to see if I need any other services. Im in good hands with Ninna! Shes the best!

Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Larry Tramer I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susans office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money. I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as Ive had anywhere. Good job Jullien!

From the start she was professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and very attentive to my every need. She listened with a compassionate heart as my previous insurance company led me down a bad path, so needless to say, I had a bad taste in my mouth.
