I had 3 common language with the manager but he still misguided me and i got 200$ damage because of him. When i called to talk to he easily hang up the phone!! If you have extra money, go and visit them!

2 /5 Vinit Modi: I called them up after looking at positive Google reviews. I am trying to understand what it takes to get short term vacation rental insurance. The conversation started off well but as I asked more questions and asked to send more information I got vague answers that the policy would be the same as my current provider. I asked if they could email me details but they didnt want to follow-up. When I brought up questions from a provider such as American Modern they asked me to go to their website, look for information, and come back to them if I want to purchase. Finally the call ended with "I have many customers waiting" and go ahead and research what you want and let me know. If you are simply looking to make a purchase and know what you want this might be the place, if you are looking for advice stay away.
