The agent I spoke with took the time to understand my specific needs. I told him about my daily drives to work in the busy Salinas Valley and my concerns about potential accidents on the highway. He assured me they had a great policy that would keep me protected without breaking the bank. When I had to file my first claim after a minor accident on N Main St, I was a bit anxious about the whole process. But the claims department was fantastic! They walked me through everything step by step, and I felt supported the whole time. To my surprise, my claim was processed quickly, and they followed up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service.
