1 /5 Casey Pelham: Miltary and veterans should stick with USAA. Car insurance claims are pure garbage. I was rammed by a Dodge truck while maintaining my lane in a right hand turn. I filed a claim and my agent, Paige, spoke to the other party first. When I gave her an exact description of what happened she claimed "thats not what she said". I dont care what the other driver said, Im telling you what happened. If you use them for car insurance you better have a dashcam because the level of support you receive will be abysmal. I no longer have the vehicle due to the cost of repairs that Id be expected to cover because my insurance company has no spine. Worst insurance experience Ive had to endure
