They have great prices. And regarding the most important thing an insurance agency should do — making sure you’re taken care of when you need help — Two car issues I had were solved with complete ease. They explain everything, make sure you’re okay, and follow up. When it comes to payment, they make sure to reimburse you as quickly as possible. Dana’s office is unmatched. A warm recommendation for Canaan — one of the team at the office, always happy to help with anything you need.

She always gives personal reviews to see if any changes are needed and gives us personal attention so we know we are adequately covered and not over paying or under insured. It’s such a comfort. Dena is easy to get in touch with for any questions or changes we need to make. She has also been the agent for family members.
