It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.

FNL Amazing service. Needed an office insurance ASAP as we were moving to a new business location and my insurance company was not able to transfer our policy even thought the new and old offices were in the same building. I contacted Robert and Amy and they assisted us to get the a new policy on time. They even coordinated with the building management throughout the process and showed proof we were in compliance with the insurance requirements and able to move in.
