Sofjan Wilson (Willy) Susan Mesa will do whatever she can for you. If it’s after hours and you’re adding a car and changing your policy and she’s available and capable of doing so, she will! She will make sure you’re within the necessary limits of your lienholder while making sure you’re not overpaying. Susan is amazing.

FNL Amazing service. Needed an office insurance ASAP as we were moving to a new business location and my insurance company was not able to transfer our policy even thought the new and old offices were in the same building. I contacted Robert and Amy and they assisted us to get the a new policy on time. They even coordinated with the building management throughout the process and showed proof we were in compliance with the insurance requirements and able to move in. I cant say that Ive been to so many social events in another insurance brokers office! Stafford Jacobs handles all of my commercial insurance needs and really makes the complicated easy. He takes the headache out of insurance and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend CAL.
