Chad Curtis Ryan Driscoll is the one person in our business that is consistently responsive and does what he says hes going to do. In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, Ill get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!

Sonder Ben Valdez is fine, gets me a quote quick within 24hours. However the people that work for him do not even give me a phone call back. Ive been trying to reduce my monthly insurance premiums but they still havent called me back. Ive worked with BMV for the past 10+ years, Ive recieved nothing but the best from Ben and Grace. But Im not to happy with the newest agent there right now. I will give them another week, then I will go somewhere else.
