1 /5 Sam: Disappointed with the Experience
I was contacted by Sam Cooper regarding insurance coverage, and I was hopeful for a smooth process. They initially requested my loss run reports from the past two months, which I promptly provided. Shortly after, they asked for a more recent version, and I sent that as well.
Unfortunately, after going through these steps, I was informed that they couldn’t offer coverage because I’m already insured through a broker. If this was a disqualifying factor from the start, it would have been helpful and respectful to communicate that upfront.
While I understand that certain criteria may limit eligibility, clearer communication at the beginning would have saved time and frustration. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future potential clients.
