The Traveler I have been dealing directly with Kyle for over a decade and he is the reason why State Farm has all of my business. Ive been involved in a couple of situations where I needed some extra assistance and Kyle was always there to not only listen to my needs but explain it in a way that I understand and I really appreciate that! I am not taking anything away from the office as a whole and have had others provide exceptional service but when I need immediate help he is at the top of my contact list and if he is too busy to get back to me in a timely manner he will have someone else in the office ensure my needs are taken care of.

Marlyn the office mgr is spot on with the computer and responds to my sometimes stupid questions, like did I pay my car insurance? If I hadnt she can process a credit card payment then and there without waiting or having to call me back.
