5 /5 Valerie Sanchez: Where do I start? Susana is my go to gal for all my insurance needs and taxes. She not only takes care of my husband and myself, but she also services and takes care of our adult son who’s now living his best life in his own space.
I love that Susana has been in the insurance business for many years and how she shares her knowledge with both myself and my family. I love that I can pick up the phone and ask any question regarding my home policy, my life insurance policy and even my auto insurance policy and she’s always there to answer every question and makes sure I have the most up-to-date information.
She’s super easy to talk to and makes me feel like family. I love that she’s bilingual and also has her right hand woman Rachel in the office to also answer questions and take care of us. Any time that I’ve had any car issues both she and Rachel handled everything with lightening speed and with the upmost care as if the situation was happening to them.
I’ve been with her for several years now and I can definitely say, from the moment my husband and I visited her office to learn more about what she offered she was legit and more importantly honest. If I could give her 1000 stars I would. I know it can be difficult to find folks with exceptional service, especially for folks like me who don’t trust a lot of individuals but in reality... I strongly recommend Susana for every insurance (and tax) need. Like I mentioned, I don’t trust a lot of folks but I do trust her judgment, her knowledge and I’ve been witness to her willingness to go above and beyond for myself and my family. With Susana I know I’m covered. If you’re looking for someone to cover you or your loved ones.... or on the fence, go see her. You’ll be thanking me later and sleeping blissfully once all is said and done knowing you too are covered.
