I gave them a call, they asked for the VIN numbers of my vehicle, address, and a couple questions, then came back very quickly with insurance quotes based off what I wanted my monthly payment to be (changing deductible). I was surprised as to how low of a rate they were able to get. They explained that they were able to get good rates because they have over 20 companies in their system to get the lowest possible quote. Michael Ostrander I had a pleasant experience with finding home insurance with New Redwood Insurance services. I called and spoke with Alexandra who was pleasant customer service rep. I stating that I needed home insurance. She took my information and asked for a few pictures of the house and she would call me back. She called me back in a reasonable amount of time stating that they found me a insurance company and had a few more questions and would call back. Shortly I recieved a call from Chris at New Redwood insurance services saying that he is the owner and they found a home insurance that would insure me. All said and done a pleasant experience.
