2 /5 Jeramiah Njord: I called them at least 5 times over a month in efforts to speak to an agent (someone besides the receptionist) to start a life insurance policy without luck. I’ll be move my auto and home insurance from this company soon. Sadly, i’ve been a customer of theirs for about 20yrs. This company’s standard is falling.
