Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!

I gave them a call, they asked for the VIN numbers of my vehicle, address, and a couple questions, then came back very quickly with insurance quotes based off what I wanted my monthly payment to be (changing deductible). I was surprised as to how low of a rate they were able to get. They explained that they were able to get good rates because they have over 20 companies in their system to get the lowest possible quote.
