5 /5 NF Robertson: This insurance company is the BEST around! Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!

I had to switch over to her due to the lack of customer service I wasnt receiving from my prior agent from the same company. It was night and day. They streamline processes, make things clear and concise, and are very transparent. It has been a huge sigh of relief knowing I have them, regardless of whether I am directly talking to Angela or one of her staff, such as Alex. After he had passed I decided to keep the policies for home and cars with them and Liz helped me thru all the changes and I think even managed to save me a few bucks along the way. There was some confusion about one of the auto policies but Liz was again helpful sorting everything out and making it make sense to me. I have dealt with a few others within the office previously and the entire team there has always been accommodating and helpful but Im most familiar with Liz, and shes awesome.
