I’m never too happy to sit on the phone for a quote especially after being told what I needed could not be done. Pedro took the time needed to tailor a perfect auto policy for me and my situation even after his other colleagues told me they couldn’t help me. 5 /5 F J: I was here for a quote on homeowners insurance. They have an attendant at the entrance as you walk in to greet and direct you to the proper department or person. She was very friendly and helpful and I notice many banks nowadays have the same system in place to guide you to the correct person to help you with your needs. Anyway, the quote I received was very competitive to my current premium, which is over $700 in savings! Of course my situation may be different than yours so the amount may vary. So, with that amount saved I obviously went with AAA and since I have another policy with them I received membership discount on top of that, too.
