I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQs various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldnt have to subsidize their carelessness.

Jeff Bellsey Brittany is the bomb. She reached out, and over the course of several hour-long conversations, helped me understand the ins and outs of my home and auto policies.
