1 /5 Veronica Panzieri: I had a bad experience with this agent. He was nice when he called me to offer car insurance. After I accepted the offer and gave him my information, he didnt respond to my email and text. I gave him a week to email back with the answer to my questions, but he never replied. I dislike this type of sales man as soon as they get what they want, they ignore you completely. Now I had to call the Insurance personally to get my answers. This is not what I expect from my insurance agent Argam! You need to work on your customer service skills.

He made the whole process feel like chatting with an old friend—except this friend also knows how to save you money and explain policies in plain English. If you ever find insurance confusing, just ask Argam, he’ll have you laughing all the way to better coverage!

Argam is the most knowledgeable about insurance and he really cares directing to the most suitable coverage for my needs. He demonstrated excellent listening and communication skills. Argam really takes the time to get to know you enabling him to look after your best interest! I feel fortunate to have found Argam:)
