They called every six months to review my policy and see if there were ways to save me money. I appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that I’m not just another policy number to them. I can confidently say I’m sticking with this company for the long haul and have already recommended them to friends and family here in Concord. They genuinely care about their customers, and that makes all the difference
