Elissa Foote I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!

Rogelio and Brenda are great, and at the office when I call or come in to answer any questions I might have and help with with all of my accounts. I visited the free introductory course for Medicare recipients presented by Samuel. That presentation gave me clear understanding about the subject but it still was to complex so I asked Samuel for advice. He helped us to choose coverage that is best suit our need. Since that every renewal time he reviews our health status and our policies in order to see if any changes needed. He did recommend couple of changes to help us save money without sacrificing coverage. I would strongly recommend his services to people who is under Medicare.

Camille Runnels The level of service is truly extraordinary! Not only is Jason very knowledgeable about the best option for my needs, but I trust his ability to do what is right for me and my family. Jason is always available to review policies, questions, etc. Jason went above and beyond to find us a policy that would cover our needs. I had received other quotes and Jason was able to review them and make adjustments based on our needs (adding/reducing, etc.). He worked diligently to get quotes from several different companies which I appreciated immensely. As previously mentioned, Jason makes me feel comfortable I have the insurance needs necessary to be alright should something catastrophic happen. I do not worry about my insurance needs because I know Jason would never steer me in the wrong direction. He is genuinely invested in each of his customers and I would recommend him to anyone.
