5 /5 Sabrina Tromblay: Susan is the best! Truly a gem in her industry! Like so many other first time home buyers my husband and I had no clue about homeowner insurance. When buying our first home we just took whoever our loan officer suggested. Insurance is insurance right?! We were placed with another Farmers agent in Fairfield and never even seen or talked to him til my husband was involved in an accident. He was less than helpful and to be honest kinda felt like a used car salesman. It wasnt until I switched to Susan that I found out what a difference your agent makes. She did an in person evaluation of both home and car insurance. She gave advice on where we could save money but also told us where we were lacking in coverage. With all the fires it was nice to know that she cared enough to make sure that if anything were to happen, we’d be covered. If you need insurance and you want someone that cares, Susan is your girl!

She walked me through the entire process when signing up and it was exactly how she explained it to me. Now that I have had coverage for a while, Susan even checks up on me from time to time just to make sure my ever changing needs are up to date. I would have missed out on very important coverage had she not reached out.
