Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

To my surprise, my claim was processed quickly, and they followed up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They even called me every six months to review my policy and check if there were any ways to save money. I never experienced that kind of attention with my previous insurer! I can’t recommend this company enough. They’ve truly given me peace of mind, and I’m excited to know I have a reliable partner in my insurance journey.

Travis Donselman I received exceptional customer service from Matt and Tammy last month. Matt was very patient and courteous, working hard to make sure I got everything done in the best way possible, while Tammy used her expertise to inform me of the options that were best for me. I came in to have a family member removed from the title and another person added. I was worried about paying taxes since I was adding a non-family member but Tammy explained to me that there was a gift exception that would exempt me from taxes. Also, I didnt know whether to do "and" or "or" joint ownership of the vehicle, but Tammy was able to explain the differences to me and advise me on which one matched what I wanted. Matt for his part was extemely courteous, offering us water and makingthe process as easy as possible while pointing out things I might want to take care of while i was already there. What I liked best was that I had Matts complete attention and that he was focused on giving me the best service possible rather than getting to the next member or getting home. I recommend this location to everyone!

Plus I was able to get free road side service for a year. The rep that worked with us was patient and very helpful. Glad I switched.
