At first I was nervous because dealing with insurance and asking about quotes etc. can be a nightmare but anytime I call, Alejandra is always willing to help me with any questions I have. L S I called about 10 different offices in search of a quote for an inland marine policy. The only office who answered their phone was Aloha insurance. I was immediately put in contact with Kelly who sent me the application and followed up with me. Really great customer service and a one stop shop for business insurance needs.

Terry Mac I agree 1000% with comments in all other 5 Star Reviews. If you need property insurance, go to Freeman. You can walk into their spacious professional office and immediately speak to Jamel, Sugan or Tasha in person, and theyll get started that moment on finding you a policy. Absolutely knowledgeable, deeply experienced, concerned, able to smoothly address and execute on our needs. And friendly. I asked lots of questions, and while they are a busy office, they always found time to educate me. Always answered the phone right away. And so nicely! Yup, they are pros. We couldnt have been happier with any insurance broker. Wish I had a way to recommend Freeman Insurance more highly. But alas, take my word. Youll really appreciate them, promise.

Julie Ellis Ive been using this company for years because they ALWAYS give me the best rate! Ive done my homework and not only do they have an A+ rating with the BBB but they have superior customer service. Like I said Ive been with this company for quite awhile ...at least 12 years because they actually take their time and review with me my best options and several times they found deals i qualify for because of my profession. Btw, I started using them because they were close to my job as temporary insurance but I found they usually beat the rates my job site offered and thats pretty good. I tried other companies but too many ripoff and upsells. I love the manager here. She lets me know upfront if she scans and finds a better deal for me. The workers are VERY efficient and well trained to do the same. I dont usually write reviews but these people are great at saving me bucks!!! I probably owe them a nice Christmas gift this year for all the money they saved me, lol!
