1 /5 Leanne Magincalda: Ever since they purchased a book of business from Steve Harrington Insurance the service is all but non-existance from this office! When you call, and I have several times over the years, I can never speak to anyone directly, its always a call back, which never seems to happen. If I am calling my insurance agent, its usually something time sensitive. So, I have to proceed without whatever information I was asking. And, mind you, I call maybe once a year. Also, I could not understand the receptionist nor his supervisor, on todays call. Sad, because I was hopeful this agency would be a good as the last.
