Rumeal Joshua Asa gave me a quote today for an SR 22. I told her upfront i didnt have the money today but i will and she explained the procedures and the importance of getting this done. She explained it to me better than the courts did. Safe to say i will be getting this taken care of bright and early tomorrow morning. She wasnt pushy but she was firm with explaining the urgency. Shelley Woollard Charles adopted us into his Farmers family many years ago after our long term Insurance Co. dropped us for filing a claim. Their office staff is warm and friendly and treat us like family. They are great about checking in to see how they can best accommodate our ever changing needs and securing the best bang for the buck. Charles even personally checked in to see how we faired the Carr fire after having lost his own home. Who does that??? Great people great service!!!!
