My old carrier agency would never respond to calls or requests for policy reviews to save money. Given everything going on with Homeowners rates in California, I wasn’t surprised they weren’t able to write mine. But, they still set me up with policies for our 3 cars and even bundled in a life policy for my partner so we could get the best discounts and value for our plan. AND… what I really really liked about this office, is that you when you call you can actually speak to an agent who knows what they’re talking about! Shoutout to Willy! He’s has super helpful.
