1 /5 Pat M: I agree with the other reviewers and if I could give negative stars it would be minus 10. They are impossible to deal with because you can not reach ANYONE live. They charge an "inspection fee" for homeowners insurance every year. They continually request additional information with no valid reason. Worst of the worst. Run the other direction even if you have to pay more. Someone is making a ton of money because they are not spending it on customer service.

1 /5 Melissa Pennyroyal: I have been attempting to call and speak to someone, left multiple messages and no one ever calls back. For 2 months I tried. I finally went through the claims dept. and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 1.5 hours. Yes thats correct, I was literally on hold and passed around the line for 1.5 hours until the line was disconnected. I heard someone pick up the phone and hang up.....Unfortunately this company was chosen for me.

1 /5 Mary Jones - Stedman: HORRIBLE customer service, hours before you can actually get to a live person & when you do, rarely are they able to help you. Cant get a hold of anyone to update or correct your information.

1 /5 Stefanie Garcia: This company canceled my homeowners insurance with ZERO notice, and the reason for the cancellation is actually false. What they are doing is against the law. Zero stars.
