Amy Clark I was referred to Western Mutual Ins. from a family member. I quickly called and Javier answered. It is rare to get to a person so quickly that handles your needs from start to finish and with such efficiency too. Within hours I had an estimate of insurance coverage and after I reviewed the estimate I called Javier the next day to go over a few details. He called me back within the hour, answered my questions and then was available just as quickly for my lender to confirm that the coverage was in place when they called him. I am very happy with Javier and the service I received from Western Mutual Insurance Group. amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.

Biz Hou Kelly and her assistant as Escrow officer, And Tom, as Underwriter and Title officer, they are all very knowledgeable, very polite, very patient and work very efficient. I finished 2 transactions with them in last 3 months, I have another one with the now, and will continue work with them... Great work! Great service! Great People!
