Goff Alexandria (Ali Goff) Richard is great! He took over for Mark and has been SO responsive. He takes the time to respond to my questions and really understands our family needs. He was able to shop our policy around and found us a MUCH better deal with the same coverage. Highly recommend calling Richard if you want an agent who will actually return your calls and emails. :)

Michael S I have AAA Auto & Home Insurance. Been with them for 28 years. I continue to be so impressed with them. My daughter has been in two car accidents in the last 2 years and when filing a claim, my experience with AAA has been great. The claims people are very friendly, good communicators, and followed up several times to make sure my daughter got home safely. Because she spun out in the snow, they ended up making it a no-fault claim and did not raise her rates. They reimbursed us for the expensive tow bill from Boulder to CA and according to the body shop that fixed her car, the claims adjuster was easy to deal with (which I am told is not always the case with other insurance companies who try to nickel and dime the claim). As for my AAA home insurance, all my neighbors have seen their rates sky rocket in CA. Mine have stayed the same. Highly recommend AAA.

Ricardo Herrera This company is so competitively priced, I was glad to switch over from my other insurance provider. I’m saving $150 a year on my home insurance, and the coverage I have now is better. The customer service staff is super helpful and friendly as well. I’ve called the billing department to pay my bill and every time I speak with someone it’s so professional and you can tell they have a smile on their face by hearing their voices. I’d rather have insurance with a small company, where I know they care about their customers vs a huge company that just looks at you like another dollar bill. Call to get information, I’m glad I did!
