John Montgomery We were very pleased with our experience with Ken Wood of Best Access Insurance. Ken specializes in Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage programs and provided us with various options for our coverage needs. In addition, he completed the on -line application with our input. He also helped us secure an affordable prescription drug plan. We intend to continue to work with Ken for any changes that we make in the future with our Medicare supplemental coverage needs.

tammy cloud Andrea is excellent. She is very responsive to all my needs. 04/13/2023. PLEASE READ I’m providing an update to my last review !! Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable

W M Donna and her team are amazing! She helped me with business and rental insurance and we had 2 claims that were soooo easy it was great. Highly recommend her as well as Hartford Insurance. Not the cheapest ever but worth it when something actually goes wrong and you need a claim

Great rates and the customer care I receive whenever I call and inquire about my policy is always answered in a professional manner and spot on with the information.
