Asha Frazier Customer Service is very helpful and easy to work with. Many companies now put chat and phone bots on the front line, that waste your time. Jaimie was great !! She patiently helped me unravel new renewal issues. Frazier followed up to make sure I did not miss my wildfire insurance due date. The entire Frazier Team, communicates well together and is quick to respond and give good answers by email.

pt pt I purchased a home insurance policy through GEICO and had some issues with the way they wrote the policy for me. After numerous calls to Geico, I had given up and called Arrowhead directly.
